Getting Started
How do I add my first keyword?
Go to Dashboard > Keywords > Add Keyword. Enter your domain, keyword, location, and device type.
How often are rankings checked?
Rankings are checked every 6 hours automatically. You can also trigger a manual check from the keyword detail page.
What locations are supported?
We support Google search results from 50+ countries including US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, and more.
Keywords & Tracking
How many keywords can I track?
Depends on your plan: Free (5), Starter (100), Pro (500), Agency (2,000). Upgrade anytime from Settings > Billing.
Can I track mobile and desktop separately?
Yes. When adding a keyword, select the device type. Rankings can differ significantly between mobile and desktop.
What is the Opportunity Score?
Our proprietary score (0-100) that combines search volume, keyword difficulty, and CPC to surface keywords you can realistically rank for.
Alerts & Notifications
How do rank drop alerts work?
Set a threshold (e.g., drop of 3+ positions) and choose your channel (email, Discord, Slack, SMS). You'll be notified instantly when a keyword drops.
Can I get alerts on Discord?
Yes! sERPFALL is the only rank tracker with native Discord integration. Connect your server in Settings > Integrations.
How do I set up Slack notifications?
Go to Settings > Integrations > Slack, click Connect, and authorize sERPFALL to post to your chosen channel.
Billing & Plans
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Settings > Billing and select a new plan. Your card will be charged the prorated difference immediately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings > Billing. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Contact support@serpfall.com.
Account & Security
How do I change my password?
Go to Settings > Account and click Change Password.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We never share your data with third parties.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export keywords and ranking history as CSV from the Keywords page.
