By accessing or using SERPFall ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SERPFall provides keyword rank tracking and alert services. We monitor your specified keywords across search engines and notify you of ranking changes through your chosen channels (email, Discord, Slack, SMS, webhooks).

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal API usage
• Track keywords for illegal content or services

5. Subscription and Payment

• Free tier: 5 keywords, daily checks, email alerts - forever free
• Paid plans: Billed monthly or annually via Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans
• Cancellation: Takes effect at end of billing period

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Search engine changes may temporarily affect ranking accuracy.

7. Data Accuracy

Ranking data is provided "as is" based on search engine results at the time of checking. Rankings may vary by location, device, and personalization. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of rank positions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by SERPFall. You retain ownership of your data (keywords, domains, etc.). You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERPFALL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
